Steam Boilers and Exquisite Heat Comfort Controls

Steam boilers controlled with Exquisite Heat indoor boiler reset control, adjusts cycle times as the thermostat analysis reveals the thermal replacement values.  Each hour these variables are evaluated by thermostat analysis load reset for precise steam delivery. The building is given just enough steam to satisfy the thermal demand, even comfort and minimum fuel use.

BTU delivery becomes a softer more comfortable delivery to building heat loss and heat gain. It is important to note that proper installation and maintenance of steam system components must be determined for maximum Exquisite Heat benefit.  

Exquisite Heat will remove the leads and lags by giving the system actual demand from the thermostat or temperature sensor with remote thermostat in the control room.  Much of the BTU supply in current systems (30%) is wasted in the boiler, supply pipes and radiators after the thermostat is satisfied.  By anticipating the need to satisfy thermostat, Exquisite Heat can minimize the waste. Interior remote temperature sensors may be used instead of room thermostats. Wireless thermostats are also available where remote wiring is not probable.

Once the system is installed occasional short service visits are encouraged, in order to assure everything is still connected properly and in good order.  Otherwise the process is automatic. If the pilot light is flashing, the system is operating as it should. No keypads to confuse operators.  No dials to adjust.  Diagnostics are done over the phone. Alarm communications terminals are available from the control.
