1. Exquisite Heat tm , is a boiler reset control technology which analyzes indoor thermal activity, over time, to reset steam cycles or hot water boiler water temperature limits. This delivers precise radiator and baseboard temperatures, comfort control, reducing fuel waste, in all homes and buildings. 

The advantage over outdoor boiler reset control technology,  is even circulation and an improved accuracy of heat loss evaluation to reset boiler temperatures and burner firing time.  Boiler limit temperatures are reset to provide a precise supply of heat, based upon immediate comfort needs. Boiler temperature limits are preset within Boiler Manufacturer Factory requirements. Consensing boilers can be set to lower temperature ranges .

2. At the same time, "Exquisite Heat", operates heating equipment to maintain real time system temperature requirements at the indoor thermostat or temperature sensor.
Sensors can be secured against tampering.

3.  This method insures maximum economy and smooth comfort at (60-80% circulation), taking all structural heat loss factors at the indoor thermostat into consideration. Comfort control within the hour is accomplished with real time indoor thermostat demand activity.

4. Exquisite Heat temperature reset control provides a direct link between indoor thermostat demand and heating source output, for fully connected intelligent heat (BTU) replacement. Most waste in present systems is caused by overproduction of heating, and wasting heating supply left after thermostat satisfaction. Exquisite Heat reduces wastefully high boiler temperatures and standby losses. 5.  Only indoor thermostat status information every second is needed to inform the Exquisite Heat reset control the exact needs of the building.  For multi zone systems, an average zone is used for analysis and the remaining zone thermostats compensate for differing temperature needs with 40% reserve circulation capacity. 

6. Separate Domestic Hot water supply maintenance is provided from a separate temperature sensor.

7. Additional energy conservation improvements, such as new windows, insulation, draft prevention are all taken into consideration as the indoor thermostat demand changes.

8. all 24 volt control wiring is contained to the basement.  Existing thermostat wiring can be used.  Wireless lockable programmable thermostat control is available. Remote sensor to control room thermostat control is available. Wireless thermostats can be placed in the superintendents quarters for fast response to tenant complaints.  Once the sweet spot is found, you "set it and forget it."

9.  Alarm terminals are provided for any type of communication or anunciator.
